Nvidia recorded no China sales revenue for H20 chips and just narrowly beat Wall Street estimates as the AI chipmaker reported quarterly earnings Wednesday. Tied up H20 chip inventory intended to be sold to China before U.S. intervention in April was sold elsewhere, the company said. Revenue increased 56% from the same period a year ago to $46.74 billion, exceeding Wall Street’s projection of $46.52 billion, per data compiled by Visible Alpha. Profits came in at $26.4 billion, a 40.8% increase from $18.78 billion last quarter. Nvidia posted diluted earnings per share at $1.08, beating projections of $1.02 for the second quarter. President Donald Trump said Friday that he will impose an additional 100% tariff on China and limit U.S. exports of software, escalating the trade war after months of it appearing to ease toward a resolution. Grab CEO Anthony Tan suggests drivers could upscale to ‘new kinds of jobs’ as the firm prepares to launch robubuses next year

Ride-hailing firm Grab will roll-out robobuses in its home city of Singapore in early 2026, building on its large investment in autonomous vehicle technologies. Grab co-founder and CEO Anthony Tan made the announcement Tuesday during the company’s quarterly earnings, covering the three months ending Sep. 30. “Grab will continue to build new partnerships with more global remote driving and AV leaders, participate in more pilots to understand the operational conditions for different driverless services, and be part of the regulators’ efforts to improve transport connectivity through driverless technologies,” Tan said in prepared remarks.  Grab ran a successful pilot of autonomous vehicles in September, rolled out in partnership with WeRide, a Chinese robotaxi operator .
